Found & Made is a Los Angeles-based curated box company built on one simple idea: the best products in this city aren't on Amazon. They're in the shops, studios, and kitchens of independent makers, roasters, bakers, designers, and everyone in between. We find them, curate the best of what they make, and deliver them directly to customers who want something real.

We are currently building our first collection, the Coffee Box, and we are actively looking for local Los Angeles businesses to partner with. If you make something great, we want to talk.

What Found & Made Is

Found & Made creates themed gift boxes filled exclusively with products sourced from local Los Angeles businesses. Each box is built around a specific concept: coffee, the outdoors, food and cooking, lifestyle, and beyond, and every single item inside comes from an independent maker right here in the city.

This is not a wholesale arrangement. This is a partnership.

When your product goes into a Found & Made box, it gets put in front of customers who have never encountered your brand before. Those customers become aware of who you are, where you are, and what you make. The goal is not just a one-time sale; it is to create lasting relationships between local businesses and the people who live in the same city.

How the Partnership Works

We operate on what we call a 360 model. The businesses we source from are not just suppliers; they are partners and direct beneficiaries of everything Found & Made does. Here is how it works in practice:

We come to you with a straightforward ask. We purchase your products at a small margin above your cost, typically a modest percentage agreed upon upfront between us. There is no complicated negotiation, no lengthy contract, and no large commitment required on your end.

In exchange for that, here is what you get:

Direct product exposure to new customers. Every person who opens a Found & Made box encounters your brand for the first time. Your product is in their hands, in their home, and attached to an experience they chose to invest in. That is marketing you did not have to pay for.

Brand association with a community-first company. Found & Made donates 10% of every box sold to Los Angeles-based charities. When your product is in our box, your business is part of that story. Customers know that buying Found & Made means supporting local businesses and giving back to the city, and your brand is woven into that.

The potential for recurring customers. Someone receives a Coffee Box. They try your beans. They love them. They look you up. That customer is now yours. Found & Made is the introduction, the relationship is yours to build from there.

What We Ask of You

We designed this partnership to be as low-lift as possible for the businesses we work with. Here is what we need:

Product availability on a per-order basis. We close all orders on Thursday nights. By Saturday, we pick up everything we need from our partners in a single run. You do not need to manage inventory, fulfill shipments, or handle any logistics on our end. We come to you.

Product photos or the ability to photograph your products. We need to be able to showcase what is in each box clearly and accurately. If you have existing product photography, great. If not, we are happy to handle that ourselves.

A simple agreement. We formalize each partnership with a straightforward written agreement that outlines the products, pricing, and terms. Nothing complicated. Everything transparent.

That is it. No long-term obligation. No large order minimums. We handle everything else.
